Our average construction is approximately 120 days from the day we dig the hole until the pool is filled with water. Some pools take longer, some less. Larger intricate pools, vanishing edges, glass tile pools, pools with rockwork, screens with elite roofs, or any specialty will take longer. Retaining walls can add some time. ((((Circumstances as weather or material availability, which we cannot control, may cause delays.))))
Bruising, testing water chemicals, cleaning the skimmer and filter, making sure the water level is kept about halfway on the skimmer opening. We will provide our customers with all the necessary information on pool maintenance, and our service department is here to point you in the right direction (we don't offer pool cleaning/maintenance services after building them though)...
Pricing will depend on many factors such as access, materials, size and shape of the pool, and features. A construction drawing, created by your design consultant will be used as a blueprint by our construction department to build your swimming pool. (people ask about sizing and designers tell them normal/average size of a pool is 15'x30')
Artesian Pools, on your behalf, will obtain the required permits to build your pool. These permits include but are not limited to: electrical plumbing, swimming pool, screen and retaining wall (where applicable).
All yards with swimming pools must be protected by the outside by a screen enclosure, or an approved fence. All homes with a swimming pool must be protected by approved safety devices- floating alarms, window and door alarms, etc.
If you have purchased an open pool, you will need to have your fence installed prior to the interior finish stage. Screen enclosures must be installed before the interior finish stage.
