I highly recommend Artesian pools. I could not be happier with our beautiful pool. We absolutely LOVE our pool! The Artesian staff are friendly and AMAZING...Bipin, is a masterful Designer & Engineer!!!  Everything turned out better than imagined!  My wife surprised me with our last name initialed on the sun shell...it's just perfect!  We have the luxury of enjoying our pool year round since it's heated (electric, powered by rooftop solar panels). If you're looking to build a pool, I HIGHLY recommend Artesian, they will construct exactly what you need and are patient/flexible enough to hold your hand when you're unsure about the details! We LOVE our Artesian pool. It's an 18' x 36' classic rectangle with a 12' fountain wall. We added ozone and UV water treatment. Otherwise, it's pretty simple, but beautiful.

We signed our contract Jan of 2022, and there was a one-year waiting list! (Due to their popularity, and post-pandemic supply chain issues). But we weren't starting construction of our house until 2023 anyway. Artesian did a good job keeping us up to date with their every-two-weeks list of projects. You know right where you stand. Henry did a good job answering questions, making adjustments to our contract and telling us our options and his opinion of what we needed.

Construction started in July of 2023, timed to finish with the house, and it worked out perfectly. Hannah did a great job keeping us informed of progress, sending us photos (we were still out of state) and answering our questions. What a journey, Artisian was exceptional. They were phenomenal in the process at the start in getting all the details worked out, also they were very communicative throughout the process. Tony at the start understood the assignment, Hannah at the office communicated very well the entire time and worked with us on details and changes needed. BEST POOL COMPANY!! 100%  Everyone was professional, cleaned up well and timely!!!  I cannot say enough positive things about about our sales guy BIPIN (GREAT DESIGN), the girls in the office -Hannah and Stephanie (SO HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE) and Julio the PM (ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND)!!
